Traffolyte is a very robust multi-layered phenolic plastic, perfect for large scale productions for valve tags, serial number plates or whatever your project may be. With strong defined colours designs can be simple, effective and be easily readable in almost all environments. It is an ideal material in industrial sectors and particularly when it comes to electrical projects due to its insulation properties. Some outdoor applications may not be suitable for Traffolyte but we have plenty of alternatives that for example are more UV stable if you want to keep your vibrant colour without it deteriorating. Available in 1.5mm or 3mm thickness with a large range of bold colours and including gold & silver finishes.

Valve Tags

We cut custom valve tags to order however typically would be 40mm discs with the information needed. Being able to withstand environmental conditions such as water make them extremely durable and resistant to fading. We can also offer valve fixings such as nickel-plated brass chains, typically used in plumbing to fix your tags to the necessary pipework.

Serial Numbers

Alongside creating valve tags, serial numbering is easily achievable here. Please have your serial numbers in a saved spreadsheet and we will be able to effectively co-ordinate the numbers and/or letters you require.

Company Logos

The bonus of engraving Traffolyte means it leaves nice even grooves in the material that expose the colour underneath. Perhaps you would prefer your company’s logo coloured in for some of these tags. If they are looking for simple and bold colours, we have infilled different colours in the past. Alternatively, our other departments can also assist in creating a full colour logo if you so require.
