Traffolyte is a very robust multi-layered phenolic plastic, perfect for large scale production for valve tags, serial number plates or whatever your project may be. With strong defined colours, designs can be simple, effective and easily readable in most environments. It is an ideal material in the industrial sector, particularly for electrical projects due to its insulation properties. Some outdoor applications may not be suitable for Traffolyte but we have plenty of alternatives that are more UV stable helping you to keep your vibrant colours without deterioration. Traffolyte is available in 1.5mm or 3mm thickness, with a large range of bold colours, including gold & silver finishes.

Valve Tags

We cut custom valve tags to order. Typically, these would be 40mm discs with the information needed. Speak to us about other dimensions and shapes. Being extremely durable and resistant to fading and able to withstand environmental conditions such as water, make them ideal for plumbing projects, amongst others. We can also offer valve fixings such as nickel-plated brass chains, typically used in plumbing to fix tags to the necessary pipework.

Serial Numbers

Alongside creating valve tags, serial numbering is easily achievable here. Please have your serial numbers in a saved spreadsheet and we will be able to effectively co-ordinate the numbers and/or letters you require.

Company Logos

The bonus of engraving Traffolyte means it leaves even grooves in the material that expose the colour underneath. Perhaps you would prefer your company’s logo coloured in for some of these tags. If you are looking for simple and bold colours, we can also infill with these. Alternatively, our other departments can also assist in creating a full colour logo if you so require.

Control Panels

With Traffolyte being a durable and insulated material, it is the perfect option for control panels in the field. We are no strangers to making custom control panels for customers’ new projects. Thanks to the precision and engineering expertise of our engraving department, we can produce panels to the specifications you require using technical drawings. We offer fixing options as well, such as strong self-adhesive backing.
